We all value our working environment. As such, during the course of our time in our workspaces, we often find ourselves forming relationships with supervisors and others within our leadership hierarchy. Unfortunately, if we have reason to believe there will be a change in our working conditions, we may freak out because we do not know all of the details of the change. So, there is this natural instinct to want to ask questions. However, depending on the nature of the question, we may not feel confident or brave enough to ask questions.
