Sometimes, the hard reality is there are some parts of your legal case that can NOT be fixed or explained away.  It’s tough because no attorney wants to tell you that the ugly part of your case may ultimately result in your case not going the way you expected it to go.  However, part of any attorney’s ethical responsibility is to share with you the good, the bad and the UGLY of your case regardless of the circumstances.
